Description of ABR High Precision Planetary Gearboxes

TRANS ABR gearboxes are a kind of precision planetary reducer produced with a 90 degree angle to offer a solution to solve the space problem. The inner construction is designed with spiral bevel gears which feature better meshing performance, smooth transmission, and low noise. TRANS offers a broad range of planetary gearboxes for customers’ selection including inline gearboxes, right angle gearboxes, hollow shaft gearboxes, etc. TRANS is focused on researching and developing new products using high-quality ABRts, which ensures our gearboxes are produced with high performance and efficient, low noise, so that can help customers reduce the running cost and improve productivity. Usually, TRANS ABR planetary gearbox offers high efficiency of up to 97%, which is much higher than our competitor’s 80% efficiency. The ABR Series is a right angle planetary gearbox that is ideal for motion control applications wherein the power flow needs to be redirected. The input flange design is suitable for most of the stepper motors, servo motors, AC or DC motors. With the same cost of the gearbox, ours can offer higher torque and efficiency. Free maintenance thanks to good synthetic grease which is another outstanding feature of our ABR speed reducer.

A1：Yes, we are factory based sales company in China with more than 20 years’ experience.The MKD product positioning is a high-end quality of speed reducers. All of our gear reducers are tested before delivery and one year’s quality guaranteed with lifetime maintenance service as well as technical support.

Q1：How long is your delivery time?

A1：Normally, we have sufficient stock for standard backlash gear reducers especially for planetary gearboxes. If there’s no goods in stock for your required reducer, usually, it will take 15-20 days to produce. For some customized gearboxes, it will be a little longer lead time. Besides, we are customer oriented company. If you need the speed reducer urgently, we can arrange your orders production in front of others to save time and cost.

Q1：What is the payment method of your planetary reducer?

A1：T/T. 30% of total amount to be paid as deposit, and the balance 70% to be paid before shipment. You can pay to our boss’s individual account or company’s account. And you also can pay through Alipay or paypal. If the amount of gear reducer is small, we suggest you pay 100% of total amount before placing the order so that time can be saved for delivery.
